Ergonomics is a science with the purpose of seeking harmony and adapting, equipment, tools and jobs to humans. There are injuries or disorders on muscles, tendons, nerves, joints, vertebral cartilages and disk known by the name of Muscle-skeletal disorders (MSDs), when are they carried out repetitively, produce injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Tendinitis, degenerative cervical disc disease.

Symptoms:
discomfort, burning sensation in the neck or lower back; pain in any finger, fatigue or eye fatigue, pain in shoulders, frequent headaches, irritability at work.

Prevention:
Make "active breaks" at work every 60 minutes, running simple exercises, walking three times a week for 60 minutes, have a healthy eating habit and avoid tobacco and excess alcohol consumption.
